At Art & Abode, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Our policy is designed to be clear and transparent, so please read it carefully.
We offer a replacement policy for items with manufacturing defects only. We do not provide refunds or returns for any other reason, including "change of mind."


Replacements for Manufacturing Defects
We offer a 10-day replacement window, which commences on the day your order is delivered.
  • How to Request a Replacement: If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 10 days. Please email us at hmwfurniture@gmail.com with the following information:
  • Your full name and order number.
  • A detailed description of the defect.
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
The Replacement Process: After we review your submission and confirm the manufacturing defect, we will approve your replacement request. Your new replacement item will be dispatched within 7–10 business days.
Damaged and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within the 10-day window to be eligible for a replacement.
Refunds and Returns
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
No Returns: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or for any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect.
